Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to shop with confidence. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange most items within 7 calendar days upon receipt under the following conditions:
Eligible for Return/Exchange
• Incorrect Item – Model, colour, or specification differs from your order, or items/parts are missing.
• Damaged Item – The item was damaged upon delivery.
• Defective Item – The product is not functioning as described by the manufacturer.
Not Eligible for Return
• Large appliances (e.g. fridges, washing machines) unless proven defective.
• Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or normal wear and tear.
• Sealed items that have been opened (unless verified defective by our service centre).
• Clearance or promotional items.
Conditions for Return
• Return must be initiated within 7 days of receipt (courier receipt required as proof).
• Item must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition.
• Must include original packaging, all accessories, manuals, warranty cards, certificate of authenticity, and gifts.
• Packaging must not be defaced, damaged, or marked.
If approved, you will be eligible for a full refund or exchange.
After 7 Days
If the product is covered by a manufacturer’s or replacement warranty, you may bring it to our store/service centre for verification and claim assistance.
